Clinical Scenarios
For Patients Requiring Timely Donor Options, including:
Primary or Secondary Graft Failure
Immediate availability as a rescue option from living donor graft failure, without the delays of re-engaging the donor registry.
Additional Chemo Cycles Not Preferred
When additional rounds of chemotherapy are not a viable path and transplant timing is critical.
Living Donor Falls Through After Conditioning
When a matched donor becomes unavailable after a patient has already begun myeloablative conditioning.
High-Risk MDS/AML
Patients with a narrow treatment window who need flexibility to proceed to transplant when disease status allows.
Rare HLA Types & Poor Match Results
Patients for whom the unrelated donor pool offers limited or suboptimal matching options.
For Non-Malignant Indications Such as Severe Aplastic Anemia
Where urgency and the need for adequate cell dose make on-demand, high-dose graft characteristics particularly relevant.
Refractory AML Requiring a Rescue Immune System
For patients with treatment-resistant AML who need a new immune system to achieve disease control when standard therapies have been exhausted.
Partial Remission but Eligible for Allogeneic Transplant
Patients who have achieved partial remission and qualify for allogeneic transplant, where on-demand graft availability allows them to proceed before disease progression.
